Rolart Creations is a one-person studio. Rolande Fabien paints the work and handles the orders herself. This page says what happens to your information, in plain terms.
This site does not track you. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind. No cookies are set. Your information is collected only when you choose to give it — by placing an order or sending a message — and it is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
This is what she needs to make the piece reach you and to answer you if something goes wrong.
The contact and commission forms pass along your name, your email address, and what you wrote, so that Rolande can reply. Nothing more.
Card payments are handled entirely by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card number never reaches this site and is never stored by Rolart Creations. What comes back is a confirmation that the payment succeeded and a reference number for the transaction.
Only the services needed to complete your order, and only the part each one needs:
None of them may use your information for their own purposes. Nothing is sold or handed to advertisers. If a buyer of a named company ever asks who these providers are, write to her and she will tell you under a confidentiality agreement.
Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so the items are still there if you close the tab. It stays on your device, it is not a cookie, and it is not sent anywhere until you check out. Clearing your browser data clears it.
Order records are kept as long as they are needed for tax and bookkeeping — generally seven years — because a sale is a business record. Messages sent through the contact form are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted after that.

This is a storefront for adults buying paintings. It is not directed at children and she does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Order records sit behind an administrative login that only Rolande uses. If you believe you have found a security problem, write to [email protected] and say so plainly — reports are welcome and are not treated as hostile.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how your information is handled will be said plainly here rather than buried.
